This has cured my issues with Waves v9 in PreSonus StudioOne v2 on my Windows 8 Pro 圆4 system. Simply go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 and change the name of the file WaveShell-VST3 9.2_圆4 to WaveShell-VST3 9.2_圆4-fixed.
